For this, you need to appear for CSIR UGC NET exam in chemical sciences which will help you to pursue research more effectively. M.Tech courses in India is only available to those who had B.E /B.Tech. So, instead of thinking of M.Tech, you can proceed for some better courses which you can get easily with good GATE score.

Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements for M.Sc chemistry in DU:
B.Sc. (Hons. ) Chemistry (3Years Course after 10+2) with 50% or above marks in aggregate both main and subsidiary (integrated) and 50% or above marks in Chemistry from Delhi University or any other University whose examination is recognised as equivalent to University of Delhi and fulfil other conditions of eligibility. or
B.Sc. (Genl. )/B.Sc. (Pass) (3 Years course after 10+2) with 60% or above marks in aggregate and 60% or above marks in Chemistry from Delhi University or any other University whose Examination is recognised as equivalent to Delhi University and ful

Sorry to say but you are not eligible for B.Arch because mandatory subjects to appear NATA exam for B.Arch admission is PCM or PCMB with atleast 50% marks and to crack NATA. Earlier in 2018 Arts stream, students with maths were accepted. Now, Science students and Diploma holders are eligible.
