First of all, both are the Bachelor degrees but B.E is having more craze now a days. By doing B.E, you will get a job or you will start your own business. The jobs for B.E is everywhere. But for B.Sc. You need a particular place where you have to do a job. Very less industries, laboratories, offers the job for B.Sc. So you have to go for B.E. Best of luck for your future and if there's any query, feel free to ask.
