After B.Sc in chemistry, you can do M.Sc in Biochemistry. After Bachelor's degree, do M.Sc (preferably in medical biochemistry) and then Ph.D. Along with chemistry, you should also have to learn Zoology-Botany and/or similar subjects in your graduation form Science.

Well, all topics are of equal importance, but some of them like quant and verbal are important.

For this, you can go for Osmania University. The best university in Hyderabad but there are certain cons. That after completion of course, you will think of Placements then it is not possible.
