Hello Khushi,
Sorry to say but you are not eligible for B.Arch because mandatory subjects to appear NATA exam for B.Arch admission is PCM or PCMB with atleast 50% marks and to crack NATA. Earlier in 2018 Arts stream, students with maths were accepted. Now, Science students and Diploma holders are eligible.

It is safe to get information, directly from the UGC. You will find there a list of unrecognised universities. Or else, visit the nearest Degree College and find out from them. You will find a list of universities which are fake, if you enquire at them.

Obviously, Thapar Institute of Technology, because it has good rating and you will have a royal life in your college days. Because, both are chemical engineering that's why I am preferring you Thapar Institute of Technology.

You have to understand that all PG courses abroad are specialized one. You may not have it as M.Sc Chemistry. You visit one of the university website and see courses available. You can do Masters in UK as it is one year programme and it will cost you only around 10 Lacs, other countries will be more costly.
