The candidate should be having aggregate marks of 50%-55% in class 12 exams. If planning to study BSc Chemistry Hons, then most of the universities also need applicants to qualify for English language proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE etc.

No, you cannot replace Chemistry as Chemistry is a compulsory subject for the cut off.
