There are no prescribed passing marks for CUET UG. In order to know if a candidate has passed the CUET 2025 exam or not or is eligible for admission to desired course and university, they are required to check the passing marks released by the colleges/university seperately. After the declaration of CUET result, all the colleges or universities will release the course-wise passing marks or CUET UG cutoff, which will be used for shortlisting candidates for admission to UG courses.
On the basis of the cut off released by the CUET participating universities and candidates meeting the criteria will be offered amdission to UG courses.

CUET UG result 2025 will be declared tentatively on July 02 at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the scorecard online. Candidates on downloading the CUET 2025 scorecard, must check for the following details mentioned on the scorecard:
- Application number
- Roll number
- Candidate's name
- Mother's name
- Father's name
- Category
- Gender
- Person with benchmark disability (PwBD)
- Date of birth
- Candidate's signature
- Candidate's photograph
- Scorecard details in percentile and normalised score
Candidates must note that after the issue of CUET UG scorecard, no request for re-evaluation of the scores will be entertained under any circums

NTA will release the CUET UG provisional answer key 2025 tentatively in first week of July 2025. Candidates will be able to challenge the CUET answer key 2025 within the given window in online mode only. On the basis of the challenges received, autorities releases the CUET 2025 revised answer key (expected in last week of July 2025). Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to calculate their scores for CUET 2025 before the declaration of results.

Step 1- Login on the official website of NTA CUET UG 2025
Step 2- After logging in, click on 'View/Challenge Answer Keys'
Step 3- Questions can be viewed in sequential order

Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to raise objections against the CUET UG answer key within the stipulated period of time. Candidates will have to pay the non-refundable fee of INR 200 for each question challenged. The CUET UG provisional answer key is displayed for two to three days. National testing Agency (NTA) releases the provisional CUET answer key soon after the exam is conducted. In the CUET UG provisional answer key candidates can check the correct options for each question and their markes responses. On release of the CUET UG provisional answer key, candidates are given the opportunity to challenge the answer key before the declaration of results. In case of any discrepancy in the answers provided by the conducting body, candidates can raise objections with justification/evidence.
