From Bangalore city the college is a considerable distance away. However you can get direct buses to the college from Majestic and Agara junction koramangala.

There is no "success rate" of Canadian visas as they are given on case to case basis. There are two categories of Visas to Indian students - general ans SPP visas. Under SPP, it is easier to get the visa. However for that you need confirmed admission to a Canadian SPP institute.
And you need to improve your IELTS scores, with at least 6.5 overall score minimum.

If you do not have any good English medium college in your city, then you should consider moving to some other city. Choose a city where you have some relatives or friends that can help you in settling and knowing that city.
