From Bangalore city the college is a considerable distance away. However you can get direct buses to the college from Majestic and Agara junction koramangala.

Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among them. You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

For admission in any of colleges in maharashtra you hav to appear for MAH-CET conducted during April.
For admission in bangalore you hav to check for the official website of institutions for which you are looking for.

There is no "success rate" of Canadian visas as they are given on case to case basis. There are two categories of Visas to Indian students - general ans SPP visas. Under SPP, it is easier to get the visa. However for that you need confirmed admission to a Canadian SPP institute.
And you need to improve your IELTS scores, with at least 6.5 overall score minimum.
