Yes, Pandit Deendayal Energy University - PDEU does offer a B.Tech. in civil engineering. Additionally, it offers engineering in a variety of disciplines, including civil, petroleum, chemical, mechanical, information and communication technology, etc.

No, you don't get B.Tech at the Indian Institute of Information Technology in Dharwad. The programme in civil engineering in particular, IIIT Dharwad deals with IT and Computer Science Engineering programmes.

The total tuition fee structure for Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering at National Institute of Technology Tadepalligudem is INR 5.00 Lakh (for 4 years).
Hostel Fees: INR 2.48 Lakh
Hostel fee is calculated on the basis of 1st semester. Actual amount may vary.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the 45 percent marks in aggregate (40 percent in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards. Candidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 and who are awaiting for their results are also eligible to apply on provisonal basis

For 2022, cut off was 59854 for the General category candidates under the All India quota for BTech in Civil Engineering in IIEST Shibpur - Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology. For female candidates in General category under All India quota 82670 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Both are good branches but chemical has slightly upper hand from civil because reseach scope in chemical is more. As far as IT companies are concerned, both are equal but in case of further studies especially in MS, Chemical has better opppotunities.
