The selection is completely based on merit scores. Students have to appear for entrance exam like JEE Mains, MHT-CET and SU-JEE. Seat allotment is done during the counselling process. Separate registration may have to be done for counselling. After seat allotment, students have to pay first year/semester fees for admission confirmation.
The SU-JEE exam is conducted in first week of May. The last date to apply is April end. However, the dates can change. Students can register and apply for it through official university website. Application fee is INR 100.

The hostel fee at Sandip University, Nashik is separate from the BCA tuition fee. The annual hostel fee is about ₹1,10,000 per year for a normal shared room. Students also need to pay a ₹5,000 refundable security deposit at the time of admission.
