The apartment offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom fully furnished apartments. On the other hand, The Oasis Residential Commons is for graduate students only and includes a gym, swimming pool, study rooms, and much more. CGU housing rate for CGU Summer 2023 – Spring 2024 for students is USD 9,500. This amount is roughly around INR 8 lakh.
