You can continue pursuing your 12th in commerce & along with it, you can join a diploma course with a private institute in animation/software & sharpen your skills. In case you do well, you can always pursue further education in the said area.
Now a days, a lot of private institutes also offer Graduation/Masters programme in Animation and Software areas.

Polytechnic is a good option because it takes 3 years and makes you eligible for entry level. Jobs of engineering. It is also to be accepted that admission to Diploma of Polytechnic is easy. One more thing is that Polytechnic Diploma is equivalent to 12th that makes it possible to do a B.Tech through Lateral Entry or any other Graduation.

I would advise you to speak to your teachers and understand your strengths also undergo a psychometric test through a career counsellor. This will help you identify your strong points and also decide on a career that you should choose.

No JEE is not at all related to pilot training. You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Further, you should be aware that you are medically fit to be a pilot, so I would suggest you to visithttp://www.dgca.nic.in/m

The eligibility criteria for UG course admissions is such that candidates need to have cleared their Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board.
