CA or CS are professional degrees which you can pursue right after you complete in 10+2. If you want her to study something along with CA or CS then she may opt for B.Com or BBA. CA or CS requires a student to put in a lot of efforts.

The mainstay courses for commerce students are CA CS and CMA. I know what exactly is your confusion, but I would like to inform. CS I. e company secretary is a professional who deals with all the legal aspects of any company. The main strengths of a CS is law. Nothing. Do not worry. I too had the same case. Go and meet your state board college and tell any teacher about direct admission in class 12t. They will conform your admission and that's how you can save your one yea. I am doing the same right now.

Hi Neel Patel,
Yes, they will accept Gujarat State Board results, it is a state education board and recognised by universities abroad. You need not worry on that front since foreign universities outside India are aware of Indian education system. However if they require some additional assessment they will let you know. To get accepted by a Canadian universities and to get a visa you have to meet the admission requirements, have the require percentile, have an IELTS score and have a good profile overall.
