Absolutely Yes. 11 standard maths for commerce is same as the PCM in CBSE. As they have same question paper in 11 class annual and mid-term examination and same to same course and number of chapters. And this criteria also continue in 12 standard too.

No. Suggest your friend to complete his 12th first. After that, he could take admission in B.Tech CSE.

No fixed percentage are required. You can Maths with any of percentage. But, if you go in engineering field, you need at least 55% marks, but these would not be enough to sit in an interview for some of best company. So, do score at least 60% marks in class 10th and class 12th as well. All the best.

It completely depend upon your understanding. In class 11th, the syllabus of physics is full of mechanics, there you need to know the basic concepts of mathematics that is integration differentiation and all. Similar is with class 12th also.

Hi,
It is possible after 10th but it is not the most convenient or popular choice. Even foreign universities ask for a minimum of 12 years education, so better you complete 12th in India. 11th and 12th or high school abroad is also very expensive for foreigners. For the locals, some schools are free. It is better you stick to 11th and 12th in India, study hard and try to achieve a first class and thereafter, apply for a Bachelors degree abroad.
