If you are interested in science then there is no need to see the divisions because 11th and 12th std. science covers the basics of all streams of science which are majorly in three part physics, chemistry and biology.

Hello Sandy,
Graduation means successfully completing at least three years course after 12th. Even though diploma is three years, it's actually after 10th. In simple English it will mean completion of college after 12th.

I think you cannot change subjects in 12th. You have to do it in 11th only. But yes, you need to have PCB if you are thinking of pursuing career in biotechnology engineering. Best wishes to you for this!
