This answer will depend on your career plans and in which sector you want to settle down. You must also know your aptitude, interests, areas of likes and dislikes and decide accordingly. Ask yourself what you want to do. Overall options include B.Sc Maths, B.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Physics, B.Sc IT, B.Sc CS, BCA, BBA, B.Com etc

Both the subjects you are thinking have huge rush of students. This effectively rules you out dye to marks. I would sincerely advise you to think of alternate careers in commerce, fine arts, humanities, liberal arts, eco, etc.

Other than NEET, you have only two options.
1. AIIMS Entrance
2. JIPMER Entrance.
Except these to government medical colleges, remaining all the medical colleges are included under NEET.

How are you? Yes, it will be better for you to take up IT, it will be beneficial for you.
Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS, IT and EC have high placement records.
Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc.
So, choose a suitable branch.
Go for it.
