You have already completed the minimum educational qualification for pursuing CPL training in India. Do verify that you had PCM in class 12th and scored at least 50% marks in the same. You can directly approach to flying school if you wish to do it from some private flying school. For IGRUA and NFTI you will have to go through the entrance exam to pursue training there.

Hi Viraj,
Without completing a Bachelor's degree, you cannot apply to a PG course. You can apply to a UG course abroad now and admission will depend on your percentage obtained in class 12th and Diploma. Other requirements include IELTS or TOEFL score, SAT score if you are applying to the USA, etc.

Hi,
If we talk about PCM you can apply for the different tests like IIT-JEE CET of different states, there are some top private universities which conduct own tests like Amity University, SRM University, Lovely Professional University, etc. The Private universities have an edge over others as it will help the in the proper grooming in all the technical and non technical skills.

It's not that simple unless you are looking for a private college. For government colleges, it solely depends on your marks from engineering exams like KEAM for Kerala, JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. In private colleges, you can actually get direct admission.

Of course, he can opt for B.Com with a little more efforts towards subjects like accounts. There is no such bar that science students can't opt for commerce after 12th. As he was having mathematics, he can move ahead in commerce stream too.
