Yes, you can write CAT exam, but after that you will have to clear all your backlogs for being eligible to get admission into any college.

As far as I've heard, one can take GMAT as per one's convenience. The CAT notification has been released yesterday, kindly check on their official site. For other exams, there are no notifications as of now especially of SNAP, CMAT and XAT (they are held in Dec-Jan).

Then choose the exams you appeared for ( through which exam scores you want to take admission ).
Then click over the colleges that accept its scores !

If you are weak at maths you should start practicing a lot and also join either an online coaching or classroom coaching for the preparation. You can also watch YouTube videos of academy.
You should download previous year question papers and go through them to get an idea about the exams. After this you can decide better which exams to give.
Also, only XAT is the exam which you should not go for.
