Hi,
IBSAT and CMAT both exams are for management admission. Through these exams, one can get admission in good management institutes.CMAT is tougher than IBSAT.
IBSAT exam includes Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation. CMAT includes Quantitative Techniques, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, etc.
So both the exams have similar content but only differ in difficulty level. Institutes like IBS Business School, ICFAI University, etc. also give admission through IBSAT and institutes like JBIMS-Mumbai, Goa Institute of Management-Goa, K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management, etc. also give admission through CMAT. So if we prepare for CMAT then it will be easy to score best in IBSAT.

So both the exams have similar contents, but CMAT is tougher than MAT.
So if one is preparing for CMAT then one can score well in MAT.

It is hard to compensate wisely in this situation, meaning, that takers are forced to take rapid and wild guesses. A simple tool to avoid this scenario is to set and stick to certain milestones.
4. Never forget to practice mock test papers. The good thing about mocks is, it helps you too face all types of questions, & makes you familiarized which the surrounding & also with the stress you have with time management.

Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level computer-based management entrance test. The test is conducted by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
The CMAT is a three hour online test which is conducted in a single session to evaluate the candidate's ability across various segments like Quantitative Technique, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension and General Awareness. Preparation can be three types: Self, Self plus coaching and Coaching.
