Yes, chances are good enough for IMT Nagpur, although for XIME you might need 80 percentile. Nevertheless, its best to fill up the form for both as your score is nearby.

We can't say anything for certain till the cutoffs are declared. But seeing the past trends you seem to have a good chance. The cutoffs are likely to be declared after February 21.
