Weightage in Selection process : Written test : 25% Academics : 25% GD & PI : 40% Work Experience : 10%. GD consist of group discussion on the latest on going topic. Your speaking skills, body language, personality & confidence level is been tested. After GD is done few of them are being shortlisted for PI.
