Cutoff for CET is 99.2X percentile and for CMAT is 99.9X percentile.

You need to check this with the concerned college department.

Preety, if the objective is to work in foreign country only then I would suggest that you do an educational higher course form the foreign country itself. That would surely give help you get a job in that country. Alternatively appear for UPSC exam, get selected and then opt for foreign services. Another option is to join a MNC or an Indian company having projects outside.
