You've got a great work experience, don't waste it. I would suggest you to prepare for CAT and go for good coaching classes if required. Try until you succeed. If you can work simultaneously while preparing, that would be great but still I would say that go for the exam. With CAT, you can get a good college as well as a good package. Best of luck.

The cut off last year for cmat was 92, this year it is expected to go down .

You will not able to admission in gujarat university's colleges because you have very low percentage of graduation. You should try in any other universities like IGNU, Ganpat university. You will get in that colleges.

With 92 percentile your chances for getting call for HRM is high and the call may come within the end of this month.

Yes, you may expect a call from XISS for GD and PI. Rural management is good and college offers a lot of practical exposure in this stream . Many NGOs and CSR oriented companies recruit people from the college.Placement is up to 100%.
