Overall placements and college is good, Infrastructure can be better. Placements: 60.5% of the eligible candidates got placed from EEE for the year 2022-23. We had a total of 210 companies visit for different streams like SAP Labs, TCS, Deutsche Bank, Daimler, etc.

UVCE is 5th the oldest Engineering college of India, and about 100 years old. Review: Its a Very Good college for B.E., and Good for M.E. too.

To get admission in B.Tech at Meenakshi College of Engineering the cutoff marks required are 40 - 51.579 in TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test exam). To get admitted to Meenakshi College of Engineering B.Tech. in Information Technology course, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 45% in 12th. The eligibility criteria vary every year depending on students cut off.
