Candidate who have obtained 10+2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible. Candidate who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any Basic Qualification are not eligible. Candidates who are appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidate will be eligible for admission only if they produce the provisional/Degree/ certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts/attempts the of qualifying examination at the time of admission. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. |

| LL.B. | Candidate must have completed graduation in any faculty of any University in Maharashtra or equivalent and secure the above mentioned aggregate percentage (40% for SC and ST Category and 42% VJNT, SBC, OBC, Category belonging to State of Maharashtra). Candidate who has passed the U.G degree of 3 years and 2/3 years P.G degree from University with regular studies at secondary and higher secondary schooling with +2 higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate by distance or correspondence are also eligible to apply. Post Graduate Diploma will not be considered as Post Graduate Degree. Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in a single sitting examination without having basic qualifications of (10+2+3) is not eligible. Candidate from the open University having a degree contrary of the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission. Candidate appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible. |

| LL.B. | The candidate should have graduated in any discipline of knowledge from a University established by Act of Parliament or by a State Legislature or an equivalent national institution recognised as a Deemed to be University or Foreign University recognised as equivalent to the status of and Indian University by an authority competent to declare equivalence conducted under these Regulation. Students should have secured marks, which shall not be below 45% of total marks in qualifying examination, in case of general category applicants, 42% for OBC Category and 40% of total marks in case of SC and ST applicants. |
