Candidates need to pass a minimum of Class 12 to apply for Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences UG courses. The minimum aggregate to apply for UG programme is not specified by the college. However, 70% in Class 12 is a decent score and aspirants can apply with this score for UG admission. Besides, aspirants must also pass MET for admission to UG programme.

No, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences does not offer direct admission. Candidates have to first register for the preferred course on the official website of the college. Aspirants need to appear for Manipal Entrance Test or MET for BPharm, PharmD and MPharm programmes. The selection for DPharm is based on merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam.

Yes, Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences considers MET score for admission to BPharm, PharmD and MPharm courses. Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) conducts Manipal Entrance Test (MET) once in a year in computer-based mode for two hours. Candidates who pass the MET are selected for admission to the college. Once selected, a provisional admission letter is sent to the aspirant.

To open a clinic in India, it is necessary to be registered with the Pharmacy Council of India and have a valid license to practice as a pharmacist. Also, as DPharm is a Diploma course, the candidate may also be required to have further qualifications for admission. It is advisable to stay informed about regulatory changes and actively engaging in professional development can help candidates leverage these opportunities effectively. Hence, MCOPS DPharm holders may not be able to open their clinics.
