You can get admissions in AMU through JEE only, but I will suggest you to not stick to only one option and apply to other colleges as well. More options are always better.
Other colleges for CSE are:
1. Vellore Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu
2. IIT
3. UTM, Shillong
4. BITS Pilani

The procedure is simple, you have to appear for an entrance test of the respective college. If you clear it you will be called in for counseling and you will be admitted directly to the 2nd year.

Lalit choudharyCurrent Student- DTU, Delhi

Guide-Level 15

The entrance exam consists of 150 questions, each carrying 1 mark and -1/4 as negative mark.
Admission is based on the internal and external categories, internal means resident of UP and external means resident of other states.
There are almost 50% seats reserved for internal. So, the competition is quite tough. If you are an internal candidate then you need to score 100+ marks to reserve a seat in AMU, but if you are an external then you need to score 120+. If you get 90+ you will surely get your name in the waiting list.
All the best.
