BFIT College has a dedicated training and placement cell through which it provides placement aid, employment counselling, and self-social entreprenurship training. As of now, over 563 recruiting companies have participated in its placement drive. Additionally, over 19,000 students have been placed. Some of the corporate partnes of BFIT are Himalaya, Nestle, Wipro, and Tata.

The Vidyalankar School of Business has not yet released its 2023 placement report. However, the compensation package provided during Vidyalankar School of Business placements was reported by students from the 2022 PGDM batch to have ranged between INR 4 LPA and INR 10 LPA.
