I want to answer your question in brief.
There are 2 options available if you want to stay in Hostel at Chandigarh University.
Non Ac room.
Ac Room.
Now, coming to the fee of hostel, i being a 2018 passout pays an amount of Rs70k per annum for Non Ac room.
This includes my Room rent, mess fee and water bills. Electricity charges are extra depending on my usage.
Now if you are going to take admission in the upcoming session.
Your hostel fee will be around 80k as there's a hike of 5k every year.
Now coming to the food they offer.
If you are a vegetarian u'll love the food they give.
Paneer twice a week and there's change in everyday food.
If you love non- Veg. ,, u'll get Chicken every Wednesday and Egg Curry every sunday.
Complimentary sweetdish which includes Rasgulla, Gulabjamun and few more things which i never tasted.
