Janki Devi college is a good college. The crowd, studies, the atmosphere is good at this college. it ranks 30th to 35th in Delhi university.

Yes, they will teach it. There are separate classes for French and English both.

There is no one best age or right age to start preparing for the IAS exam. It is when you feel comfortable or motivated to prepare. Of course, if you mean preparing full time for the IAS exam then surely it is after your graduation between 21 to 23 years.

No! It is very difficult to get admission in this college because the last cutoff for this course was closed at 96%.

No there will be no deduction if you apply for english hons in SBSC. Either if you are a Science student or a commerce student.
