Only class 12th marks are considered. And, in that also just the best of four subjects including one language subject is taken into account as far as the cut off is concerned.

No, it is nothing like that. Apply on DU website. You are eligible, if you match the cutoff, you will be admitted.

no there is no concession given in fees as such. You will have a lower cut off. You may apply for scholarships then if you are eligible under the income category/bar.

Yes, if you clear the cutoff you are eligible. As you will be changing your stream there will be a deduction of 2.5 per cent in your best 4 subjects. After that, if you clear the cutoff then you can do it as you had math as well.
