IMS BHU Varanasi and AIIMS New Delhi are popular options among MBBS aspirants in India. It is almost impossible to get a college under Delhi University for a post graduation programme with a score of 53.
The cutt off varies on the basis of programme but there's no programme which can get the closing cutoff score of 53 marks .
The minimum marks required can start from around 130 to 140.

If it is too late for JNU ( Jawaharlal Nehru University) entrance exam then you should go for the CUET (Common University Entrance Test) for undergraduation and post graduation programs.
As JNU is using CUET for most of the admissions of undergraduation, post graduation and Diploma programs, you are likely to get admission in JNU after scoring good marks in CUET.

Based on JEE Mains 2024, 96.3 percentile and 57364 rank for admission DTU or NSUT are more challenging. In 2024, the closing ranks for various B.Tech programs at DTU under the AI General category were as follows:-
