It depends upon your choice of course. 20ish percent courses have entrance exams at DU for under-graduation.

Yes sure, you can rewrite your 12th and CLAT at the same time. You can appear more than once for CLAT provided that you have appeared for 12th and passed.

Following is the eligibility criteria to take admission in NSD:
Qualification: Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any stream from any recognised university or college. Theater Work: Candidates must have participated in a minimum of six theatre productions.
