The Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) in Shillong offers a 1.5 year Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery.

To be eligible for admission to the B.Sc. program, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics as core subjects. 

The upper age limit for admission is 25 years for General category students and 28 years for SC/ST students.
