Reservation of seats in BSc course offered by the Jiwaji University will be in accordance with the policy of Madhya Pradesh Government. The benefit of reservation will be available, only to the domiciles category candidates of MP. Two extra seats will be created in BSc course for the following:

• One seat for wards of regular teachers and officers of the University
• One seat for wards of regular Class III and Class IV employees of the University
• If any reserved category candidate gets placed in general list in merit then the seat in reserved category will be unaffected but if applicant belongs to the category such as Freedom Fighter etc., the seat reserved in that category will be treated as filled up.
• Over and above seats will be reserved for NRI/ sponsored candidates.

Jiwaji University BSc application fees of INR 1,000 (INR 800 for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) together with INR 200 registration per subject has to be paid through MP Online. The list of provisionally admitted candidates will be displayed on the University's website. Admission will be given on the merit-cum choice basis. All such provisionally admitted candidates have to deposit the prescribed Jiwaji University BSc fees within the given time period.

Jiwaji University BSc admission is entirely merit-based for the academic year 2024. The admissions are made on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the Class 12 examination.
