Yes, it is possible to transfer from one university to another, but it depends on the specific policies of both the universities involved. As Amity University, they do offer a lateral transfer program where students can spend one or two years at Amity and the remaining years at a university of their choice but there may be changes in policy so you should contact the university for more information.
