Yes, Monad University is approved by UGC. You can surely apply for a private job. I don't see any reason why you cannot do so.

Arwachin World Business School (AWBS, Hapur) is surely good for management courses, but when it comes to BJMC the college doesn't really have a good image. The subjects when I passed out was standard (same for many years) and so were the professors/ teachers. Few of them were good others were not so good and I would rate them average. However, I feel after so many years that is how it is in any school or college. few professors/ teachers are good not all.
There were few extra-curriculum activities in-house and inter-collegiate. Infrastructure was okay not so great. Only indoor gymkhana with basic facilities was available. Normally Male

Out of the given two options, absolutely go for Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, Delhi. This is the best college affiliated from the best University (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Delhi). This is the best college for Engineering and Fine Arts. Its students are well placed after the course. In the comparison of Arwachin World Business School, which is located at a pathetic location with bad infrastructure, my suggestion will go for Maharaja Agrasen College.
