Mostly all central university take admission on the basics of CUET score but North Eastern hill university's like Assam University, Manipur University, mizoram university, Nagaland University offers admission without CUET.

To get a seat at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, students have to first appear in the CLAT entrance exam and then participate in its counselling process. The cutoff gets released in the form of opening and closing ranks for the BA LLB (Hons) course and LLM and its various specialisations.
The NLU Patiala CLAT Cutoff 2026 was released for several All India and Home State quota categories, like General, SC, ST, EWS and OBC.

NLU Lucknow cutoff 2026 was released for admission to the BA LLB (Hons) and LLM courses based on the students' performance in the CLAT entrance exam.
Students can refer to the table below to know the cutoff range for the LLM course for different All India categories.

The course is offered for two-years. Moreover, the curriculum is divided in four-semesters. The syllabus includes many core and additional subjects. Also, there may be a Project/Dissertation/Internship in the last year or semester. Some first semester subjects of Managerial Economics, etc.

Yes, the university offers a two-year MBA programme. The eligibility is Graduation in any discipline with at least 50% marks. For reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC/PwD, minimum 45% marks is required. The admissions are entrance score based like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
