No, students cannot join SRM IST without entrance exam. For admissions into any course, students must appear for the exam. They can visit the college website for further information. The college offers various courses across Engineering, Medical, Management, Science and Humanities, Hotel and Catering Management, Agricultural Sciences and Law. 

Ramaiah Institute of Management generally does not offer direct admission into PGDM or FPM programmes. Interested candidates have to fulfil the eligibility criteria and apply online on the official website of college.
