The students must obtain a minimum of 50% in their UG course. For SC/ST students, the minimum marks required are 45%. They must appear for the entrance exams. The CUET PG exam for MBA course admissions will take place in March 2026.

IIT Mandi offers merit-cum-means scholarship to BTech students of different categories. The criteria is bifurcated for General, SC/ ST, and OBC category candidates.
