NIT Silchar admissions are entrance-based. The entrance test considered for admission in NIT Silchar courses are given below:

  • IIT JAM - for MSc course
  • CAT/ MAT/ CMAT - for MBA/ Executive MBA
  • JEE Mains - for BTech praogramme
  • GATE - for M.Tech course

These University College of Technology, Osmania University programmes are given across the Engineering, Pharmacy, & various other streams. Yes, entrance tests are mandatory for admission in NIT Silchar courses. National Institute of Technology admissions are entrance-based. The scores of entrance (CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ GATE/ IIT JAM/ JEE Mains) are considered for final seat allotment in preferred courses.

University College of Technology, Osmania University TS EAMCET cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the final cutoff list. The University College of Technology, Osmania University cutoff was released as opening & closing ranks for the AI & HS quota. In the General category under the HS quota, the last round closing ranks ranged between 20749 & 54301 for B.E. / BTech admission.

The fee would greatly depend on wether you are a karnatak domicile student or not but it would typically be around 8 Lacs to 11 Lacs for the whole duration of the 5 year programme. Also this fee doesn't includes the hostel or mess fee it's just the tuition fee.
