VIT Pune (B.Tech IT) is the clear winner here.
Why.
Location: Pune is a massive IT hub, giving you a huge advantage for local internships, networking, and off-campus jobs. VIT Bhopal is isolated on the Bhopal-Indore highway.
Placements & Legacy: Established in 1983, VIT Pune has a deeply rooted alumni network and excellent direct campus placements (Average: ₹9–10+ LPA). VIT Bhopal (2017) relies on centralized VIT drives alongside thousands of students.
Branch Flexibility: Core IT keeps you eligible for almost all software developer and engineering roles. A cybersecurity specialisation can narrow your early career entry points.

Hello friend,
Final SC cut-off for the IT Diploma at MSU Baroda varies yearly based on the 10th-grade board exam results (Math, Science, English). Because the branch has an extremely limited intake of only 30 seats, competition remains high across all categories.
While the general cutoff often sits above 80-85%, the SC cutoff drops slightly lower but stays competitive due to the low seat count.
To find the exact, absolute closing rank for the latest round, download the official "Closing Rank Booklet" directly from the ACPDC Gujarat portal (gujdiploma.admissions.nic.in).

Evaluators for the MD at PGIMER Chandigarh use a 3-hour computer-based test packed with 250 multiple-choice questions. The exam tests your memory across the entire MBBS syllabus. Wrong answers attract negative points, so guessing can be risky.

Government employees tracking an MD at PGIMER Chandigarh must apply through proper administrative channels. Your parent department or ministry must sponsor your name officially. Sponsored candidates still need to clear the competitive selection test.

Both Lovely Professional University (LPU) and Chandigarh University (CU) are reputed private universities for MBA, but in my opinion, Chandigarh University is a better choice for pursuing an MBA.
CU offers an industry-oriented MBA curriculum with specialisations in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Business, Business Analytics, and Entrepreneurship. The university focuses on practical learning through internships, case studies, industry interactions, workshops, and skill development programs.
Chandigarh University also provides good placement support, with opportunities to interact with recruiters
