If you have a significantly better college option, choose it over LPU. Otherwise, LPU CSE is a reasonable choice, especially with a good scholarship. Don't reject LPU based on rumours; judge it by your actual alternatives, fees and placement outcomes.

For B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics at Galgotias University, there is no fixed CUET score/cutoff published on the university's current official program page. Instead:
- You need Class 12 with Science, with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
- You need a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Class 12.
- A CUET score is given preference in the merit list, but Galgotias does not currently specify a minimum CUET score.
- So, admission is not based on a publicly stated CUET cutoff such as 300/400/500.
In simple terms: If you have 50%+ in Class 12 with Mathematics, you meet the basic eligibility. Having a CUET score can strengthen your position in the merit

Yes, Galgotias University can be worth joining in 2026, especially if you choose a strong, industry-oriented programme and actively build skills outside the classroom.
It offers a wide range of technology-focused programmes, industry collaborations, research opportunities, and placement support. The university currently reports 1,200+ recruiting organizations, a ₹60 LPA the highest package, and a ₹5.4 LPA average package.
However, don't choose it only because of placement claims. Compare your specific course, fees, faculty, placements for that branch, campus environment, and your career goals before deciding.

From the recent placement, 263+ companies participated in GIBS Bangalore's placement drive, while 110+ companies were involved in internships.
I studied at GIBS, and we had a lot of exposure to companies through internship drives, pre-placement talks, industry sessions and placement activities. I also went through the internship process myself, so I got to see how actively the placement team worked with students.
There were companies from different areas like finance, banking, IT, consulting, FMCG and marketing, so students had different kinds of roles to explore.
Honestly, . For me, the internship exposure was one of the usef

For BBA at GIBS Bangalore, the eligibility is pretty simple. You just need to have completed your 12th from a recognised board, and students from different streams can apply.
When I was studying at GIBS, I saw students coming from Commerce, Science and Arts backgrounds, so having a particular subject in 12th wasn't a big restriction.
The mix of students was actually nice because we got to work together on projects, presentations, events and other activities. So if you've completed your 12th and are planning to do BBA, GIBS is definitely an option worth considering.

During my time at GIBS Bangalore, the PGDM had quite a few specialisation options, which was helpful because everyone had different career interests.
We had options like Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations & Supply Chain, International Business, Business Analytics among others. The dual-specialisation option was also a good advantage because we could choose two areas instead of sticking to just one.
Apart from regular classes, we got exposure through projects, presentations, industry sessions and practical activities, which helped me understand which areas I was actually interested in.
Overall, I found the PGDM structure at GIBS quite

GIBS has a good student strength for BBA, so there are enough people to have an active campus life, but it still feels easy to interact with classmates and faculty.
During my time at GIBS, I got to work with different students through projects, presentations, events and other college activities. I was also part of the event management team, so I got to interact with students from different batches and teams.
The overall batch size felt comfortable and gave us plenty of chances to participate, take responsibility and be involved in campus life. That was one of the things I enjoyed during my BBA journey at GIBS.

Students should check what the Japan collaboration actually offers, such as exchange programs, research, internships and industry exposure. Also check the eligibility, costs and selection process before making a decision.
