Yes, Galgotias University students can get opportunities to work with international universities through some of its MoUs. The university has international collaborations covering student and faculty exchange, joint research, joint projects, academic programmes, seminars and workshops

For example, the MoU with Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia includes student exchange for study and research, exchange of professors and researchers, joint conferences, seminars, workshops, summer programmes and collaborative projects. 

Galgotias also has collaborations with institutions in countries such as South Korea, Germany, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Uzbekistan and the USA. Its current international-tie-up information includes joint research and student exchange arrangements with institutions such as Kangwon National University and SRH Universities of Applied Sciences Heidelberg.

Galgotias University is trying to prepare students for AI and emerging technologies through a combination of specialized programmes, industry collaborations, advanced labs, projects and hackathons.

For example, the university offers B.Tech programmes in AI & ML, AI & Data Science and CSE with AI, along with newer areas such as cloud computing, cybersecurity and data science. The AI & ML programme covers areas such as machine learning, computer vision, NLP, robotics, big-data analytics and business intelligence

Galgotias lists an Accenture Centre of Advanced Studies, HP-Intel AI Lab, IBM Centre of Excellence, Tableau AI Data Lab and a Centre for Supercomputing & Advanced AI Research.
