Fergusson College offer seat reservation as per Maharashtra Government and Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). For UG courses, reservations comprise 50% reserved category (SC/ST/DT/VJ/OBC/SBC) and 50% seats for the unreserved category. It also has supernumerary quotas for defense personnel, physically challenged (Divyang) students, and an in-house student quota.
