Mostly integrated like B.Tech+MBA, B.Tech+M.Tech etc is of 5 years tenure but in case of BCA+MCA, it's always 6 years.

To transfer your college you need to consult college (at which you want to seek admission) and ask them about the availability of seat in the preferred branch if they give green signal then you need to take out a NOC from your college ( Where you are studying right now) and then you can change your college. If your recent college does not provide you the NOC then you won't be able to do so.

No, he can not get NIT, Indore. If either he will get it then he has to take lower branches.
You can check cutoff rank of NIT Indore of last year.
