Yes, you can take admission at Manipal Institute of communication with a 70 percent in Class 12. Although the minimum Class 12  percentage required to take admission is 45 percent. But you cannot take admission by only Class 12 score. An entrance exam which is MET (Manipal entrance test) is to be cleared. This entrance test is conducted by the Institute itself. The student need to have a valid score in the above mentioned entrance exam and the student must quality in the cutoff also. The cutoff will be released according to the applications and seat intake. The student have to qualify in the entrance exam as well as in the cutoff
