BRIM Kochi conducts term exam at the end of each semester. Students need to secure a minimum of 50% marks in each subject in the written examination and at least 50% marks in aggregate including internal assessment marks for passing in theory subject. The minimum marks for a pass for social projects, internship projects final projects and viva-voce are also 50%.

BRIM or Bhavan's Royal Institute of Management offers a two-year full-time MBA programme at the PG level. The course is spread across four semesters. BRIM's MBA programme is offered in affiliation to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. 

The application portal for Kerala University MA is closed. The university has concluded with the admissions for the academic year 2024-25. Candidates seeking admission to the course can apply for the upcoming batch. The application portal for the academic year 2025-27 is expected to open in July of 2025.
