LEAD College of Management has a culturally diverse and socially engaging environment of the campus. The Institute provide various opportunities for students to network and socialise with the peers. Apart from that, the faculty is cooperative and believes in cultural inclusivity to provide all the students with equal and balanced opportunities. The staff, faculty and the students from the home ground are supportive and understanding. All these factors a massive role in creating a comfortable environment for the outstation students.

The cut-off for PG courses at the Central University of Kerala (CUK) for general category students varies depending on the course. The university publishes the cutoff scores for each course on its official website after the NTA declares the CUET PG results. 

Here are some of the cutoffs for Round 1 of the 2024 CUET PG at CUK

M.A.: 1–136

MSc: 5–37

MSW: 10

MBA: 3–5

MCom: 10

MPH: 33

M.Ed: 35

The most competitive course for general category students was M.A. in Kannada, while M.A. in Economics was the least competitive.
