The hostel fees in KCAET is around INR 22,764 per annum for boys and girls both sharing the same hostel.

Such a fee contains hostel admission, rent, water and electricity charges, caution deposit, mess advance, establishment fund, and student insurance fees. For instance, a previous fee structure detailed the following components:

Hostel admission fee: Rs130

Hostel rent: Rs130

Hostel water charge: Rs70

Hostel electricity charge: Rs200

Hostel caution deposit: Rs660

Mess advance: Rs6,000

Currently, the admission can be done for the Ph.D. in Management in NIT Calicut based on the candidates GATE/NET score and interview. Usually the general qualifying criteria are a Master's degree in Management, Engineering or a similar field with not less than 60% weight average ( 55 % for SC/ST). But the cutoff marks may differ depending on the number of candidates and the given research fields. So as to know the most accurate cutoff it is advisable to access the NIT Calicut website or better still get a hold of the institute.
