NIT Calicut JEE Main cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to the BTech courses. Duirng the Round 1 cutoff, the closing rank for CSE was 4088 for the General category students under the AII India Quota. Among OBC candidates, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering stood at 1298. The university reserves certain seats for candidates belonging to specific belonging to SC/ST/SEBC categories. In addition, some of the seats are also there for Sports/Cultural/PD Quota categories. To avail a seat under these categories, aspirants have to submit the relevant documents. The seat bifurcation for the aided colleges is:

  • Open quota seats: 50% in the case of aided/aided forward community Colleges and 40% in the case of aided backward Community Colleges
  • For SC/ST candidates: 15% for SC and 5% for ST categories

MGU Kerala admit candidates to the BCom and BCom (H) programme on a merit-basis. Hence, the applicants are selected based on their performance in the last qualifying examination, i.e., Class 12 or equivalent examination. To get a seat in BCom course of Mahatma Gandhi University, a candidate must have the required minimum qualification. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with the relevant subjects can apply. In addition, the qualifying exam should have been passed from a recognised board/authority.
