CUSAT's main campus is located 1.5 km off National Highway 47 in South Kalamassery. The campus is sprawling over an area of 180 acres. The facilities include labs, workshops, Triveni Coffee House, canteens, etc. Cochin University of Science and Technology has a total of 3 men's hostels which include Siberia, Sarovar, and Sanathana and 5 women's hostels which include Aishwarya, Anashwara, Athulya, Anaga, and Ananya.

With the main building styled in traditional Kerala architecture, the campus houses various Departments & Schools except Marine Sciences, in addition to the administrative office, auxiliary institutions, hostels, guest house, visiting faculty complex, computer centre, central library, staff quarters, playgrounds and other amenities.
